Welcome to the English webpage of the Dr. A. F. Philips Observatory. This public observatory is located in the city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands. This page only contains information relevant for non-Dutch people interested in our observatory. If you are interested in the full agenda including Dutch lectures etc. see the Dutch agenda.
Visit
Our observatory is open for the public every 1st and 3rd tuesday evening of the month from 20:00 to 22:30 during the period between October and April. Entrance fee is €2,50 for adults and €2,- under 18.
Our local astronomy club (the EWSK) meets every second Wednesday of the month at the observatory from 20:00 to 22:30 during the period between October and June.
